Seneca County Sheriff’s Investigator’s arrested Jeffrey L. Worden, age 22, no permanent address, of Ithaca NY for Burglary in the Second Degree and Grand Larceny in the Fourth Degree. Worden is accused of breaking into a Town of Lodi residence on November 2nd 2010 and then stealing property. Worden was arrested at the Tompkins County Jail where he is being held on unrelated charges. He was arraigned before the Town of Lodi Court and received an additional $5,000 cash bail or $10,000 insurance bond. He was returned to the Tompkins County Jail.
