On November 15, 2010 at approximately 2:06 AM, The following individuals were arrested by the Seneca Falls Village Police Department. All were arrested as a result of a disturbance that took place at the corner of Green Street and White Street.Wade S. Planty, age 43, of 35 Green Street Seneca Falls, New York 13148 – charged with disorderly conduct. Arraignment was before Seneca Falls Town Court Justice Joyce Mahoney. Planty was released upon his recognizance with a return date of 12.08.2010 9:00 AM.Andrea A. Osterhout, age 19, of 3067 Cemetery Road Seneca Falls, New York 13148 – charged with Obstructing Governmental Administration. Arraignment was before Seneca Falls Town Court Justice Joyce Mahoney. Osterhout was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $1,000.00 cash bail / $2,000.00 secure bond. Osterhout was given a return date of 12.08.2010 @ 9:00 AM.Christopher L. Planty, age 21, of 35 Green Street Seneca Falls, New York 13148. – charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Arraignment was before Seneca Falls Town Court Justice Joyce Mahoney. Planty was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $1,000.00 cash bail / $2,000.00 secure bond. Planty was given a return date of 12.08.2010 @ 9:00 AM.
