On 11/12/2010 at approx. 12:16 AM Seneca Falls Police arrested Aaron M. Ward, age 25 from 15 Clinton Street Seneca Falls, NY for Harassment in the second degree. The arrest stems from an incident on Fall Street in the Village of Seneca Falls where Ward allegedly slapped a female across the face during a domestic dispute causing pain and redness. Ward was arraigned in the Seneca Falls Town Court in front of Judge Mahoney and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $250.00 cash bail or $500.00 Ins. Bond. Ward is scheduled to re-appear on November 18th, 2010 at 10:00 AM. A class A “stay away” order of protection was issued during the arraignment for Ward to stay away from the female victim.
