On 11/09/2010 at about 5:31 A.M. Seneca Falls Police arrested Tammy M. Parsons age 32, of 25 Peterman Rd. Apt J-4, Seneca Falls, NY. Parsons was charged with two counts of Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the 4th degree and two counts of Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the 5th degree. The charges stem from a separate incident at Hunter Run Town Homes which upon further investigation led police to believe that Parsons was believed to be in possession of credit cards and other property that didn’t belong to her. A search warrant was signed and Parson was found to be in possession of the property. Parsons was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court in front of Judge Mahoney and was remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1500 dollars cash bail or $3000 dollars secured bond. Parsons is scheduled to appear in the Seneca County Court in front of Judge Bender for a Felony hearing on 11/15/2010 at 1:00 P.M.
