On 11/08/2010 at about 8:10 P.M. Seneca Falls Police arrested Tonya M. Thorpe age 24, of 39 Troy St. Seneca Falls, NY. Thorpe was charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child following a Police investigation. Thorpe was issued an appearance ticket for the above charge and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 11/18/10 at 10:00 A.M.
