TCAT, Inc (Tompkins Consolidated Area Transit, Inc.) is a not-for-profit corporation that provides public transportation for Tompkins County and portions of Tioga and Schuyler counties. TCAT’s annual ridership is in excess of 3.35 million covering a distance of more than 1.6 million miles. The fleet of approximately 50 buses currently includes 6 hybrid electric-diesel buses.
