On 11/06/10 at approximately 2:04 am, Seneca Falls Police arrested Thomas W. Jones age 31, of 35 Wycliffe Road Waterloo, NY 13165. Jones was arrested for felony Driving While Intoxicated following a traffic stop on Route 5 & 20. Jones had a prior DWI conviction within the past ten years. Jones refused to submit to a breath test. Jones was also issued UTT’s for speeding in a posted zone and failed to use designated lane. While at the police department, Jones damaged a metal filing cabinet in which resulted in Jones being charged with criminal mischief in the fourth degree. Jones was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Town Court in front of Judge Mahoney and was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility without bail. Jones is scheduled to re-appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Town Court on November 10, 2010 at 4 pm.
