The Waterloo Police Department arrested Aden L. Blevins age 22 of 1157 Waterloo Geneva Road Building 5 Waterloo, NY 13165 for Criminal Contempt in the second degree. It is alleged that Blevins was following a Village of Waterloo woman on foot near the intersection of North Road and Inslee Street and the woman holds a valid Stay Away Order of Protection against Blevins. Blevins was arraigned in the Village of Waterloo Court before Justice Barto where he was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $2,000 cash and $4,000 bond. He is scheduled to re-appear in Village court on December 1, 2010 to answer the charge.
