On October 29, 2010 at approximately 6:30 am, Village of Seneca Falls Police Department assisted New York State Parole at 152 Fall Street, apartment #1. New York State Parole conducted a search at that address. During the search Parole Officers found parolee James A. Urwin, age 47, of 152 Fall Street,apartment #1, Seneca Falls NY 13148 with possession of a hypodermic instrument and possession of several Oxycontin pills that were found in his pants pocket. James was charged with criminally possession of an hypodermic instrument and Possession of controlled substances by ultimate users original container. James was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Town Court and was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $2,500 cash or $5,000 ins. bond.
