On 10/28/2010 at about 12:00 p.m. Seneca Falls Police arrested, Tommy L. Rogers III age 23, of 25 Peterman Rd Building G Apt 5, Seneca Falls, NY. The arrest stemmed from an investigation from a fight that occurred at 25 Peterman Rd where Rogers was allegedly involved in a physical altercation. Rogers was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court in front of Judge Mahoney and was remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $500 dollars cash bail or $1000 dollars secured bond. Rogers is to scheduled to re-appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 11/10/10 at 9:00 a.m. Rogers is currently on State Parole.
