On Thursday, October 28, 2010 at 6:00 AM, the Waterloo Village Police Department arrested Eric W. Hall, age 25, of 64 Inslee Street for Endangering the Welfare of a child and Harassment 2nd degree. Mr. Hall was arrested following a domestic disturbance after allegedly hitting another adult while the adult was holding a child. Mr. Hall then allegedly pushed the young child on a bed and threatened to kill the adult and child. Mr. Hall was arraigned in Waterloo Village Court and was sent to the Seneca County Jail on bail. An order of protection was issued forthe adult victim and the young child.
