On Monday October 25, 2010 at about 01:38 AM, the Waterloo Village Police Department arrested Joseph T. Castiglione, age 37, of 38 East Main Street Waterloo NY for DWI, Aggravated DWI .18% BAC or more, fail to signal a turn and fail to stop at a stop sign. Waterloo Police attempted to stop Mr. Castiglione on Clark Street but instead of pulling over he drove through a Clark Street residence front yard and exited his vehicle. Mr. Castiglione led police on a foot chase through a yard on Clark Street and was quickly apprehended. Mr. Castiglione is to answer the charges in Waterloo Village Court on November 10, 2010.
