Utica man gets DWI on Toledo St. in Seneca Falls

On 10/23/2010 at approximately 2:49 a.m. Seneca Falls Police arrested Paul R. Mickler age 34, of 1908 Storrs Ave, Utica NY 13501. Mickler was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated following a traffic stop on Toledo St. in the Village. Mickler was charged with Aggravated DWI having a BAC above .18%. Mickler had a BAC of .20%. He was also issued UTTs for No Directional Signal, Unsafe Tires and Failed to Stop at Stop Sign. Mickler was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court in front of Judge Mahoney and was remaded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1000 dollars cash bail or $2000 dollars secured bond. Mickler is scheduled to re-appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 11/10/2010 at 9:00 to answer the charges.
