On 10/19/2010 at approximately 8:27 p.m. Seneca Falls Police arrested Jessie M. Bates, age 36 of 17 Mill St. Waterloo NY 13165. The Town of Seneca Falls Court issued an Arrest Warrant for Bates for Issuing a Bad Check at a local Business. Bates was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court in front of Judge Mahoney where Bates was ROR’d. Bates is scheduled to re-appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 10/27/2010 at 9:00 a.m.
