On Sunday October 17,2010 at approximately 8:08 p.m. Village of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested James E. Brown Jr. age 60 of 3028 East Bayard Street Ext. Seneca Falls. Brown was arrested and charged with Felony DWI following a traffic stop on Clinton Street. The charge stems from a report of a motor vehicle traveling eastbound on the Finger Lakes Railway tracks towards Rumsey Street. Brown was arraigned in Tyre Town Court in front of Judge Mills and released to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on 10-21-10 at 10:00 a.m. to further answer the charges.On Saturday October 16, 2010 at 1:35 AM, Seneca Falls Village Police arrested Jonathan A. Damico, age 18, of 327 Lyons Road Geneva, NY. The arrest was a result of a routine traffic stop. Police observed Damico traveling the wrong way on the one way portion of Mynderse Street. Police charged Damico with driving the wrong way on a one way street and driving while intoxicated. Arraignment was before Waterloo Town Justice Marsh. Damico was ROR’d with a return date of November 10, 2010 @ 9:00 AM for Seneca Falls Town Court.
