On 10/08/2010 at approximately 7:55 p.m, Seneca Falls Police arrested Charles E. Osterhout III age 20, of 2869 Farren Rd. Seneca Falls NY 13148. Osterhout held an active Bench Warrant out of the Town of Seneca Falls Court for Fail to Pay Fine. Osterhout was arraigned in the Village of Waterloo Court in front of Judge Barto and was remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $500 dollars cash bail or $1000 dollars secured bond. Osterhout is scheduled to re-appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 10/13/10 at 10:00 a.m.
