The Watkins Glen Village Board approved to change the odd/even parking law on First Street at their regular meeting Monday, Oct. 4, 2010. Odd/even parking will no longer be enforced on First Street, because many of the trustees believe the street is wide enough and there is no residential living on the street. The new law will begin on Nov. 1 when odd/even parking begins for the season.
