The Waterloo Police Department arrested 3 Waterloo Men for Gang Assault in the first degree after the completion of an investigation in to a fight that occurred on September 19, 2010 at 3AM on East Main Street in the Village of Waterloo.Adam T. Stamp age 21 of 1757 North Road Waterloo, NY 13165 was arrested on October 5, 2010 and was arraigned in the Village of Waterloo Court before Judge Mattoon.Paul J. Kesterson age 20 of 1492 Caroline Road Waterloo, NY 13165 was arrested on October 5, 2010 and was arraigned in the Village of Waterloo Court before Judge Mattoon.Andrew T. Everett age 22 of 10 Arrowhead Drive Waterloo, NY 13165 was arrested on October 7, 2010 and was arraigned in the Village of Waterloo Court before Judge Barto.The three are accused of attacking a Seneca Falls man and the three punched, kicked and choked the man until he passed out. The victim suffered from a concussion and a broken nose. The victim was transported by North Seneca Ambulance to Geneva General Hospital for treatment after the attack.All three males were committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $5,000 cash bail or $10,000 secured bond. A Stay Away Order of Protection was issued on behalf of the vicim and a future court date of November 3, 2010 was scheduled.
