On 10/05/10 at 2:43 a.m. Seneca Falls Police arrested Chad C. Weaver, age 23 of 1844 Zwick Rd, Waterloo NY 13165. Weaver was charged with Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated after Officers responded to the scene of a Personal Injury accident. It was found that Weaver was driving at a high rate of speed westbound on Fall St when he attempted to slow down quickly losing control of his vehicle. The vehicle crossed the center line and skidded across the eastbound lane and into the yard of residence on Fall St where Weaver’s vehicle damaged a fence and a parked vehicle. Two passengers in Weaver’s vehicle complained of arm pain, but refused medical treatment. Weaver had a Blood Alcohol Content of .18%. Weaver was also charged with Fail to Keep Right and Speed not Reasonable and Prudent. Weaver was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court in front of Judge Mahoney and was ROR’d. Weaver is scheduled to re-appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 10/13/10 at 9 a.m.
