09/28/2010 – Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Michael J. Impson, 22, of 2571 Brewer Road, Lot 12, Waterloo, New York on a charge of Disorderly Conduct charge following a domestic disturbance at a Town of Waterloo residence. It is alleged that Impson was yelling and using abusive language in the presence of Sheriff’s Deputies and several neighbors while outside of the residence. Impson was warned by Sheriff’s Deputies, but continued to cause a disturbance. Impson was arraigned in the Waterloo Village Court and remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $250 cash bail/$500 secured bond. Impson is to reappear in the Waterloo Town Court on October 12th, 2010 at 2:00 p.m..
