On 09-19-10 at approx 9:50pm, SFPD arrested Joseph F. Nicastro age 42 of 5 Heath St Apt 3 Seneca Falls for Issuing a Bad Check. Nicastro is accused of issuing a check to Ferrara Lumber in the amount of $349.14 when his account had insufficient funds. Nicastro was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court Judge Laird and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1000 cash bail / $2000bond. Nicastro is to reappear in Town Court on 10-13-10 at 9am.
