The Waterloo Police Department reports the arrest of Jason D. Dekouski, 39 for Endangering the Welfare of a Child (2 counts) and Harassment in the second degree and Michelle A. Dekouski, 37 for Endangering the Welfare of a Child (2 counts); both of 348 East Main Street Waterloo, NY. The arrests are the result of an investigation of a domestic incident at the Dekouski residence where it is alleged that Jason did have physical contact with a child. Michelle allegedly was yelling at the same child. The entire incident occurred in the presence of another child.The Dekouski’s were arraigned in the Waterloo Village Court and released on their own recognizance to answer the charges at a later date. A Class A Order of Protection was issued protecting the child that was subject to the physical harassment.
