Saturday, September 18, 2010 the First Annual Dundee Scottish Festival will offer a day full of activities and entertainment, including a display of British and Vintage Automobiles, all at Black Rock Speedway, NYS Route 14A, Dundee.Registration in the Car Show includes one free adult admission to the day-long Festival, with additional passengers admitted for $15 per adult and $5 for kids (or purchase discount tickets in advance, see below.) Car Show Registration open 8:30 a.m. until10 a.m.; re-opens at 11:30 a.m., at Black Rock Speedway. Gates closed to car show participants during parade – absolutely no cars admitted to show during parade, between 10 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. Dash plaques to first 50 cars.Activities include: Highland Games; Wine Tasting; Music of all kinds including nationally know City of Washington Pipe Band, internationally known North Sea Gas Band, and local bands; Celtic Choir and Trio; Sheepherding Trials; Scottish Equestrian Drill Team; Highland, Scottish, and Irish Dancers; in addition to a Children’s Activity Tent, Traditional and Local Foods, and the Parade.
