On 09-15-10 at approx 1930hrs SFPD arrested Colleen R. Poorman age 33 of 123-1 Rustic Village Rochester, NY for Issuing a Bad Check. Poorman is accused of issuing a check in the amount of $42.08 to DA Liquors Bridge St Seneca Falls, NY when her account had insufficient funds to cover the check. Poorman was arraigned in Town of Seneca Falls Court before Judge Mahoney and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $500cash bail/$1000bond. Poorman is to reappear in Town Court on 09-22-10 at 0900hrs.
