State Police, Waterloo, NY, report the arrest of an individual following an investigation into a report of an identity theft.On 09/06/10, Edward L. Gross, Age 20, of 3471 Latta Rd. Greece, NY was arrested and charged with one count each of Forgery 3rd (A Misdemeanor) and one count Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 4th/credit card (E Felony). Gross used a stolen credit card to purchase gas and cigarettes in Phelps, NY. Gross was arraigned in the Town of Phelps Court and remanded to Ontario Co. Jail in lieu of $1000 bail/$2000 bond.
