2 people were arrested by the Seneca Falls Police Department in the late evening hours on 09/07/10. Village police report that they responded to a fight in progress complaint in the area of 3 Miller Street and upon arrival located 2 male subjects standing in front of a Miller Street residence. Police state that when they were investigating this incident, both subjects were uncooperative and ignored several verbal commands of officers to remain at the scene to investigate this matter. Both subjects continued to walk away from the officers and refused to comply with police commands to remain at the scene. Police then state that both subjects also attempted to enter a residence and flee the scene. Officers then placed both subjects in custody for multiple offenses. The arrested subjects, Nicholas D. Fischer, age 22, of 29 Green Street, Seneca Falls, NY and Nicholas M. Fish, age 21, of 15 Clinton Street, Seneca Falls, NY were placed under arrest for Disorderly Conduct and ObstructingGovernmental Administration in the 2nd Degree. Fischer was also charged with resisting arrest. Village police state that Fischer struggled with officers after being placed in custody on the above charges. Both subjects were arraigned in Seneca Falls Town Court and committed to SCCF, with Fish having bail set at $1000 Cash/$2000 Bond and Fischer having bail set at $1500 Cash/$3000 Bond. Both subjects have to re-appear in court on 09/22/10 at 9 a.m. to answer the charges.
