A 19-year-old man was arrested and charged with unlawfully dealing with a child in the first degree, a class A misdemeanor, after Ontario County Sheriff deputies encountered a group of people consuming alcohol in a wooded area in Farmington.Nicholas J. Murray, of Farmington, was also charged with the Ontario County Social Host Law, when police encountered 10 people having a bonfire and drinking. Some of the people were under 21. At least one other person was ticketed.
