On 09/02/10 at approx. 6:50 a.m. the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Aden L. Blevins, age 22, of 47 State Street, Seneca Falls, NY for Harassment in the 2nd Degree and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. The arrest stems from an incident in which Blevins is accused of punching a village resident with a child present during a domestic dispute. Blevins was arraigned in Seneca Falls Town Court before Judge Mahoney and ROR’d. Blevins has to appear back in court on 09/08/10 at 9:00 a.m. to answer the charges. A stay away order of protection was also issued.
