On 08.31.2010 at 22:54 hours, Seneca Falls Village Police arrested Fern E. Batson, age 36, of 190 1/2 Fall Street Seneca Falls, New York 13148. Batson was charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child. The arrest stems from an incident that occurred in People’s Park on Water Street earlier in the evening. It is alleged that Batson failed to provide adequate supervision to a three year old child while at the park. Arraignment was before Waterloo Town Justice Marsh. She was released on her own recognizance. She is scheduled to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on 09.08.2010 @ 09:00 hours to further answer the charges.
