The Waterloo Police Department arrested Michael J. Cornish Jr. age 22 of 192 Ovid Street lot 125 Seneca Falls, NY 13148 for Harassment 2nd and 2 counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child. It is alleged that Cornish Jr., in the presence of his two children, did use obscene language and attempted to hit the grandmother of his two kids while outside the SenecaCounty Courthouse in the Village of Waterloo. Cornish Jr. was arraigned in the Village of Waterloo Court before Judge Mattoon where he was released. A future court date of October 6, 2010 was set and a Stay AwayOrder of Protection was issued on behalf of the victim.
