On August 29, 2010 at approx. 7:54 PM Seneca Falls Police arrested a twenty-one year old male on Water Street for Disorderly Conduct. Officers arrived on Water Street for a large group in the roadway. After being told several times by Officers to stop yelling profanities the twenty-one year old male failed to comply with the Officer’s orders. The twenty-one year old male was then issued an appearance ticket and was then released. His court date is set for September 2, 2010 at the Town of Seneca Falls Court at 10:00 AM.
