On Wednesday August 18, 2010 at 09:15 AM, the Waterloo Village Police Department arrested Jessica M. McMann, age 33, of 1717 Burgess Road Waterloo NY on a Warrant for Criminal Contempt in the first degree. Ms. McMann allegedly had contact with a person on July 31, 2010 while there was an order of protection prohibiting Ms. McMann from having contact with them. Ms. McMann was arraigned in Waterloo Village Court and sent to the Seneca County Jail on no Bail.
