Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Scott L. Keplar, 29, of 25 Peterman Road, Seneca Falls N.Y., after Deputies investigated a domestic dispute that occurred at a Town of Seneca Falls business. Deputies said that Keplar arrived at a local business to pick up a female when an argument ensued. Keplar is alleged to have physically restrained the female victim when she tried to get away. During the incident Keplar ripped the victim’s clothes and pushed the victim’s head into a vehicle window. All this occurred in the vehicle Keplar was operating while on a revoked driver’s license. Keplar was charged with Harassment 2nd, Criminal Mischief 4th, Unlawful Imprisonment 2nd and AUO 3rd. Keplar was arraigned in the Town of Waterloo Court and was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $2500.00 cash or $5000.00 insured bond. Keplar is to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 9/8/10 at 0900 am to answer the charges.
