On 08-06-10 at approx 2115 hrs Seneca Falls Police arrested John L. Minnier age 59 of 71 Washington Street Waterloo NY. Minnier was charged with Felony DWI and operating in violation of restrictions following an investigation into a complaint on Oak Street in the Village. Minnier was arraigned in Seneca Falls Town Court and was committed to SCCF in lieu of $5,000.00 cash/ $10,000 ins. bond. Minnier is to return to Seneca Falls Town Court on 08-12-10 at 2:00p.p. to further answer the charges.On August 12, 2010 @ 10:36 PM, Seneca Falls Police arrested Bryan J. Kines, age 22, 47 Troy Street Seneca Falls, NY 13148. Police charged Kines with aggravated harassment in the second degree. It is alleged that Kines called a village resident and made a verbal threat earlier in the evening. An arrest warrant was issued by Seneca Falls Town Court Justice Joyce Mahoney. Arraignment was before Justice Dean Mattoon Waterloo Village Court. Kines was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $2,000.00 cash bail / $4,000.00 secure bond. Kines is scheduled to re-appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on 09.08.10 @ 9:00 AM. An order of protection was also issued.
