On 08/11/10 at 9:00a.m the Village of Seneca Falls Police arrested Robert L. Rock, age 50 of 29 State Street Apartment 3 Seneca Falls, NY 13148. Rock was arrested for Unlawful Imprisonment and Harassment after an alledged domestic dispute with his wife. Rock was arraigned at the Town of Seneca Falls Court in front of Judge Mahoney where he was then committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $5,000.00 bail. Rock has to return to court on 08/25/10 at 0900hrs.On 08/11/10 at approx. 9:45a.m the Village of Seneca Falls Police arrested Fiorencio L. Alicea, age 25 of 304 W Union Street Newark. Alicea was arrested on a Bench Warrant that was issued out of the Town of Seneca Falls Court for the Failure to Pay a Fine. Alicea turned himself into the Town of Seneca Falls Court where he was then ROR’d. Alicea has to return to the Town of Seneca Falls Court on a later date.On 08/11/10 at approx. 2:50p.m the Village of Seneca Falls Police arrested Georgia A. Pisano, age 54 of 2815A Miller Road Waterloo, NY 13165. Police were called to a residence on Bridge Street where Pisano was refusing to leave. After the investigation Pisano was arrested for Trespass and Unlawful possession of Marijuana. Pisano was then arraigned at the Town of Seneca Falls Court in front of Judge Mahoney where she was then committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1,000.00 bail. Pisano has to return to the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 08/12/10 at 10:00a.m.
