On Monday August 9, 2010 at 12:55 PM the Waterloo Village Police Department arrested Makayla L. Craine, age 18, of 4632 West Lake Road Geneva NY for Criminal Mischief 4th degree and Criminal Contempt 2nd degree. It is alleged that Ms. Craine damaged the property of another person on August 3, 2009 while there was an order of protection in effect prohibiting her from having any contact with the victim. Ms. Craine was arraigned in Waterloo Village Court and sent to the Seneca County Jail on $1,500 cash bail/$3,000 Bail bond.
