Seneca County Sheriff Police Beat for 8/6

08/06/2010 @ 0230 HRS – Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Jennifer M. Flowers, age 36, 348 Bostwick Road, in the Town of Junius for Driving While Intoxicated – Drugs, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the Third Degree and Moving for lane unsafely. Flowers is scheduled to appear in Town of Junius Court on 08/19/2010 to answer the charges.08/05/2010 – Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Walter A. Flower, age 53, of 5535 Route 96, Lot 21, Romulus, New York. Flower was charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Unlawful Imprisonment in the Second Degree and Harassment in the Second Degree. The charges stem from a domestic incident where it is alleged that Flower started a physical fight with a female in front of a 10 year old child. It is alleged that during the fight Flower physically restrained the female from calling 911 and from leaving the residence. Flower was arraigned in the Town of Varick Court and remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1,000 cash bail or $2500 Bond. Flower is to reappear 8/25/10 at 7:30 pm. in Varick Town court.
