On August 4th, 2010 at approx. 11:35 PM Seneca Falls Police arrested Kyle W. Craig, age 21 from 377 East Main Street Waterloo, NY and Leslie B. Tewksbury, age 22 from 43 Stevenson Street Seneca Falls, NY for Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. Seneca Falls Police conducted a traffic stop on Ovid Street where the vehicle Tewksbury was operating had only one head light that was operative. During the traffic stop Tewksbury gave consent for Seneca Falls Police to search her vehicle. Upon that search it was found that the two subjects were in possession of marijuana. Both subjects were released on Appearance Tickets to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court. Tewksbury is to appear on August 12th, 2010 at 10:00 am and Craig is to appear on August 26th, 2010 at 10:00 AM.
