Lodi woman charged with contempt after DWI

08/01/2010 @ 0245HRS – Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Sarah B. Compton, age 20, 8533 Route 414, Lodi, New York on State Route 96A in the Town of Lodi and charged her with Driving While Intoxicated and Unlawful Possession of Marihuana. While in custody it is alleged Compton caused damage to a Sheriff’s patrol car and was charged with Criminal Mischief in the Fourth Degree. During her arraignment in Town of Lodi Court, Compton was found in Contempt of Court after repeatedly failing to observe the Courts warnings.
