On 07/28/10 at 1:22 p.m. the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Brian V. Berlin, age 34, of 40 Oak Street, Seneca Falls, NY on an arrest warrant for Harassment in the 2nd Degree. The arrest stems from an investigation in which Berlin is accused of pushing and causing unwanted physical contact with a village resident on 07/19/10. He was arraigned in Seneca Falls Town Court and committed to SCCF on $250 Cash/$500 Bond and and has to re-appear in court on 08/11/10 at 9:00 a.m. to answer the charge.
