On July 25, 2010 at approx. 1:23AM, the Village of Seneca Falls Police arrested Mary Kelleher, age 63 of 2228 Lake Road Seneca Falls, NY 13148. Kelleher was stopped by police on East Bayard Street for failing to use a proper directional signal. While on the traffic stop it is alledged that police found Kelleher to be intoxicated. Kelleher was then issued three UTT’s and was ROR’d. Kelleher has to appear at the Town of Seneca Falls Court in front of Judge Mahoney on July 29, 2010 at 10:00AM to answer her charges.
