Sheriffs arrest three for larceny in Seneca Falls

Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested three Monroe County residents following a larceny investigation at a Town of Seneca Falls Business.Sheriff’s Deputies arrested:David R. Fallon, age 28, of 117 Falmouth Street, Rochester, New YorkChristina M. Warren, age 23, (same address)James K. Welsher, age 48, of 116 Stutson Stree,t Rochester, New YorkAll three were charged with Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the Fifth Degree, Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Conspiracy in the Sixth degree.It is alleged that Fallon, Warren and Welsher stole property exceeding $800.00 and tried to hide it in a diaper bag as they exited the business. Upon the arrival of Sheriff’s Deputies Fallon and Warren fled in a vehicle with an unrestrained two year old present in the vehicle. Sheriff’s Deputies stopped the vehicle on North Road in the Town of Seneca Falls. Welsher was apprehended in the business’ parking lot. The two year old was temporarily placed with Seneca County Child Protective Services until a family member could be located to take custody of the child. In addition to the other charges, Fallon was issued a traffic ticket for operating a vehicle with a child under the age of four not in a child safety seat.All three were arraigned before Seneca Falls Town Justice Mahoney and were committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility.Fallon was committed in lieu of $25,000 cash or $50,000 bondWarran was committed in lieu of no bail.Welsher was committed in lieu of $25,000 cash or $50,000 bond.All three will have to reappear in Seneca Falls Town Court August 11th 2010 at 9 a.m. New York State Police and Waterloo Village Police also assisted Sheriff’s Deputies at the scene.
