Main St, Waterloo on charges of petit larceny for stealing a bicycle and then spraypainting it. He was issued a ticket to appear in Waterloo Village Court.6/22/10 @ 1500 hrs – Church St, Waterloo Arrest of Rondell N. Brantley, age 21, 41 Church St, Apt B5, Waterloo on charges of Attempted Assualt 3rd and Criminal Mischief 4th following a domestic disturbance with a female. He was arraigned and sent to SCCF on $2500/$5000 bail with a return date of 8/4/10 in Waterloo Village Court. An order of protection was issued for the female.6/10/10 @ 0900 hrs – Fayette St, Waterloo Arrest of Jennifer R. Liechti, age 31, of 22 Fayette St, Waterloo on charges of Unlawfully Growing Cannibus (Marijuana) and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana following an investigation into Liechti growing marihuana in her home. She was issued appearance tickets and released.
