Dugan, has been named to the Eastern Division American Cancer Society Board of Directors.The American Cancer Society (ACS) is a nationwide, community-based voluntary health organizationdedicated to eliminating cancer as a major health problem. Headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, the ACShas 13 chartered Divisions and more than 3,400 local offices. The Eastern Division, headquartered inNew York City, covers the 45 ACS offices in the states of New York & New Jersey.Dugan has been employed by CNB for 9 years. He is responsible for defining and managing the clientexperience across all channels and lines of business. Joe received his Bachelor of Arts degree fromBucknell University. He serves as President of the American Cancer Society’s Lakes Region Board ofAdvisors, as well as volunteering in many local youth and high school hockey programs, and youthbaseball programs.
