On July 18th, 2010 at approx. 1:11 AM Seneca Falls Police arrested Adrienne M. Seese, age 26 from 55 Stevenson Street Apt. #11 in Seneca Falls, NY for Assault in the 3rd degree; Driving While Intoxicated; and Felony Aggravated DWI with a child passenger less than sixteen years of age (Leandra’s Law). On July 18th, 2010 at 12:38 AM Seneca Falls Police were dispatched to 55 Stevenson Street (Rivermist apartment’s) Apt#11 for the report of a physical domestic. Upon patrol’s arrival the male half of the residence had a laceration above his left eye. It was discovered that during the domestic dispute Seese struck the male boyfriend in the face with a closed fist causing this laceration.Further investigation into the domestic dispute revealed that Adrienne M. Seese drove a vehicle from Red Creek, NY to her residence in Seneca Falls in an intoxicated state with four children in the vehicle between the ages of one and ten. Three of the four children were Seese’s and the other belonged to her live in boyfriend with whom she was involved with in the physical domestic dispute. Seese was brought to the Seneca Falls Police Department for processing where she gave a breath sample of 0.09% blood alcohol level. Seese was arraigned in the Seneca Falls Town Court in front of Judge Laird and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $2,500 cash or $5,000 Ins. Bond. Seese was scheduled to return to the Seneca Falls Town Court on July 29th 2010 at 1:00 PM for a Felony Hearing.
