The Seneca Falls Police Department along with the assistance of the New York State Police BCI, Seneca County Coroners Office and the Seneca County District Attorneys office has concluded their investigation into an unattended death at Hunter Run Apartments located at 25 Peterman Rd.The deceased was identified as Dustin L. Roberts age 23 of 25 Peterman Rd apt. A5, Seneca Falls. The cause of death was determined to be enviornmental hyperthermia (heat stroke). No foul play is suspected. Onondaga County Medical Examiners office performed the autopsy.Investigation is concluded at this time.
