On July 8, 2010 at 5:36 am the Waterloo Police Department arrested Grailan S. Linton, age 39, of 1157 Waterloo Geneva Rd and Brian O. Anderson, age18, of the same address for Criminal possession of Stolen Property in the fifth degree. Linton and Anderson were found in possession of several setsof keys which were stolen out of vehicles at a Town of Waterloo residence. Linton and Anderson were both arraigned in the Village of Waterloo Court and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility. Linton and Anderson are to reappear in the Village of Waterloo Court on August 4, 2010 at 10:00am to answer to the charges.The Waterloo Police Department reports the arrest of Juan C. Rodriguez, 28 of 15 State Street Waterloo, NY 13165 for Endangering the Welfare of a Child. The arrest is the result of a traffic stop where it was learned by police that Rodriguez, a passenger in the vehicle was allowing a 15 year old drive the vehicle.Rodriguez was issued a traffic ticket for Permitting Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle and an appearance ticket for Endangering the Welfare ofa Child. Rodriguez is to answer both charges on a later date in the Waterloo Village Court.
