MONTOUR FALLS, NY – Schuyler Hospital’s Dr. Stephen Spaulding has relocated his offices to the Montour House, along with Dr. Theresa Spaulding. Patients and members of the community are invited to an open house at the new facility from 4-6:30 p.m. on Thursday, August 26, 2010.The new offices are located on the northwest side of the renovated historical structure, next to the Montour Coffee House.
