The Waterloo Police Department reports the arrest of Thomas F. Wilder, 40 of 9144 Main Street Otto, NY for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the third degree. The arrest is a result of a complaint where it was reported that Wilder was driving with children unrestrained in his vehicle. Police located the vehicle and observed that it was missing the front licenseplate. A traffic stop was conducted and it was observed by police that two children in the back were not restrained. A check of Wilder’s license showed that it was suspended. Wilder was issued traffic tickets for A.U.O.-3rd, No Front Plate, Unlicensed Operator, and for the Restraint violations.Susequently, Wilder’s passenger, Little A. Goodwill, 35 of 9144 Main Street Otto, NY was issued traffic tickets for Facilitating Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the third degree and Permitting Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle as it was determined that Goodwill knew that Wilder had a suspended license and allowed him to drive.
