On July 2, 2010 at 0145 AM the Waterloo Village Police Department arrested Joseph N. Brown, age 20 of 161 West Bayard Street Apt. 61, Seneca Falls and Matthew J. Tyler, age 19 of 38 East Main Street Waterloo following a traffic stop. Mr. Tyler and Mr. Brown were both charges with 2 counts each of Unlawful Imprisonment 2nd degree, 2 counts each of Unlawfully dealing with a child in the 1st degree, 2 counts each of Endangering the welfare of a child and possession of alcohol under 21. Mr. Tyler was also charges with Aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle in the 3rd degree. Mr. Tyler and Mr. Brown were stopped in a vehicle while having 2 girls under the age of 16 in the car with them without their parent’s permission. Mr. Tyler and Mr. Brown allegedly were in possession of alcohol and provided alcohol to the two under age kids while in the car. Mr. Tyler was also driving the car and his license in NYS was suspended. Mr. Tyler and Mr. Brown were arraigned in the waterloo Village Court and sent to the Seneca County Jail on $1,500 Cash bail or $3,000 bail bond. Both are due back in Village court on August 4th.
